Meet the head chef

I developed a taste for fine French food and comfortable cooking at an early age of 6 years old while growing up in France, first by tasting and cooking with my mother in our family kitchen and later as an apprentice for 3 years at a local 2-hat restaurant as a teenager. I bring you 32 years of restaurant and hotel chef experience. I travelled all over Europe, where I honed my culinary skills before moving to Sydney to work professionally in 1998. I have extensive experience catering for both medium and small weddings, serving as a consultant to many restaurants and headlining events in private homes. Since 2018, I have been coming to your private residence, vacation rental and many other venues – preparing French classic custom-made meals with clean rustic flavours and seasonal and organic ingredients found at our local markets. I am looking forward to being part of your next gathering, and I hope we will share some French time soon!
